How to get stardoll effects on your banner

Here is one i made earlier. It was for patush11. Wanna know how to make one like this? Here's how:
Step 1: Go to the beauty parlor,and then do the print screen progress.
Step 2: When the pic is on paint its gets hard.....you need to erase all the backround of your pic.Take your time when doing this.
Step 3: When you have erased the backround add text,colour,shapes and more.
Step 4: When your banners done save it :)
